In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top business finance and business solutions applications on the Android platform in Austria demonstrated notable trends in downloads and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

SumUp: Payments and POS experienced a fluctuating download trend. The app saw its highest downloads in the week of November 20, reaching approximately 297 downloads, while the lowest was around 103 downloads in the final week of December. Weekly active users for SumUp peaked at around 6.1K in early November but gradually declined to about 4.6K by the end of December.

Mileage Tracker by Driversnote showed a varied download pattern, peaking at around 274 downloads in the first week of October and dipping to approximately 138 downloads in late November. The app’s weekly active users started at roughly 287 and saw minimal fluctuations, ending the quarter at around 214.

PayPal Business demonstrated a steady increase in downloads, starting the quarter with about 82 downloads and peaking at approximately 229 downloads in the last week of December. The weekly active users for PayPal Business remained relatively stable, starting at around 2.2K and closing the quarter at about 2.2K.

Revolut Business saw a decline in downloads over the quarter, beginning with around 68 downloads and ending with approximately 17 downloads. However, its weekly active users showed a more positive trend, starting at about 509 and peaking at around 614 in mid-December.

Stripe Dashboard showed a significant increase in downloads, starting with about 13 downloads and reaching approximately 86 downloads by the end of December. The app’s weekly active users also grew, beginning at around 138 and peaking at approximately 239 in mid-December.
